Ivica Founder of Fasada
An award-winning window, door, shutter and blind specialist, Ivica is also a Hunter Douglas-certified professional with decades of industry experience. He founded Fasada in 1999. Some of Fasada’s most stunning and celebrated design solutions are born out of Ivica’s insatiable desire to help his clients have the best looking homes.
A bit about Ivica
Very friendly and always extremely helpful, Ivica is well known throughout Oakville and Burlington; thousands of personal clients trust him implicitly when it comes to windows and doors and are eager to recommend him to others. Ivica has an ‘expert eye’ where it comes to any kind of design and he’s one of the few that can take a high concept and get right down to the details as well.
Always up for a great party or event, Ivica enjoys soccer, travelling, family and, especially, friends.
If he wasn’t doing what he is doing today, Ivica would be living the ‘Caribbean life’ in Aruba, St. Kitt’s or St. Maarten. Since this is his dream, hey, why not live in all three?!
A WORD OF WARNING: Keep an eye out for Ivica’s so-called “fun socks.” He’s certainly NOT afraid of colour.
Tony Master of Installations
Having been with Fasada since Day 1, Tony has been in the industry for decades! Whether it’s because of this expertise, or because he’s friendly and funny in equal measure, we are unclear what draws prospective clients to him, but what’s also perfectly clear is that Tony is the undisputed master of the windows and doors universe.
A bit about Tony
Doctor… Lawyer… Teacher?… nah! If Tony were to quit his job and do anything else – anything at all – he’d STILL be a window salesman. It’s in his DNA; it was just meant to be.
When asked who his hero is, Tony is quick to say it’s his mom. “She raised eight children, need I say more?!” he adds. It, therefore, comes as no surprise that at the top of Tony’s list are family and friends whom he treasures more than anything. He loves to entertain, fish and golf, but what he doesn’t love is his first shot off the tee; he’s yet to get a hole in one. “One day,” he says, “one day!”

Gabe In house Design Administration
With her experience in window coverings starting in 2010, Gabe joined Fasada in 2013. A fun, outgoing personality, Gabe is a client favourite.
A bit about Gabe
From top to bottom, Gabe has a fabulous sense of style, and can always be seen wearing a winning smile and an equally spectacular pair of shoes!
After she earned her teaching certificate at London’s Fanshawe College, Gabe taught early childhood education for a few years. Before starting her family, Gabe was attracted to the service industry. The transition from students to customers was made easier because she was able to draw upon her roots having grown up seeing how her parents ran their imported shoe store and family-owned insurance business.
An avid Mahjong player, Gabe enjoys travelling, reading and, most of all, shopping!
Kimberly Design Consultant & Operations Manager
Working in the design industry since 2013 at Fasada, one look at Kimberly and it’s clear she has a lifetime of design knowledge; her impeccable sense of style literally radiates from within and provides a luminescent glow over all those she comes in contact with.
A bit about Kimberly
Kimberly’s passion is to encourage clients to overcome their fears and find fabulous instead of settling for anything less than the best and at the best price point too, she can find balance with any budget. Kimberly has an innate sense of what will work, and she’s quick to champion the latest trends so that you’re always a step ahead.
A huge animal lover, if you’ve got pets Kimberly is anxious to meet them, too. Kimberly’s other interests include health and wellness, travel, fashion, as well as quality cuisine, and she is known to be quite the foodie too.
If she could drop what she was doing and travel anywhere on a moment’s notice, it would be to Bora, Bora; it’s near the top of Kimberly’s bucket list.
Janet In house Design Administration
Janet joined Fasada in 2014, quickly immersing herself in all things design. She continues to learn as Fasada continues to grow. Her passion to help clients with anything and everything is just one of her many fabulous attributes.
A bit about Janet
Very friendly, and with an outgoing personality, Janet comes by it honestly; she’s proud of her Italian heritage and the big circle of family and friends that comes with it.
Janet began her career in fashion after graduating with her formal Fashion Arts designation with honours at Humber College. After years of experience in that industry, she decided to further her education and received a Marketing Diploma from Sheridan College. Working with a number of retailers, designers and subcontractors both in the fields of fashion and home renovation/interior decorating, Janet brings a wealth of experience and ideas to the Fasada team.
Enthusiastically engaged in continuous learning, Janet continues to educate herself in the field of home design with online courses through the Academy of Design at RCC Institute in Toronto.
Janet’s favourite store is Winner’s, so don’t be surprised if you see her there one day!
Dina In house Interior Decorator/Design Administration
Eager to please, clients are always delighted at how quickly Dina helps them turn their dreams into reality with thoughtful, well-considered ideas and incites gleaned from her schooling and three years’ work experience.
A bit about Dina
Born and raised in the rapidly changing Dubai, Dina witnessed the birth of the now-iconic skylines firsthand. Since moving to Ontario, she first completed Sheridan’s demanding Interior Decorating program and then joined Fasada in 2014. With a keen eye for all things design related, Dina has quickly proven herself to be a conscientious member of the Fasada team.
A marvel, we are happy to extend big congratulations to Dina on winning the CDECA (Canadian Decorating Association) Ambassador Award. This is an award for overall excellence in the program and contribution to the Design Industry. While working here, Dina is in hot pursuit of an Interior Design degree which will enable her to pursue even higher qualifications and be of even greater service to our clients.
Dina lives by the doctrine, “Be good and do good.” And where would she love to live if only for a week? “Somewhere beachy; like Maldives or Cancun,” she laughs, “because I just love the water.” A study in contrasts, Dina is also a thrill seeker; she once rode the world’s fastest roller coaster, eleven consecutive times. Be sure to ask her about Ferrari World’s Formula Rossa in Abu Dhabi, where riders race at Grand Prix speeds of 240 km/h and experience 4.8Gs.
