What is staging?
Staging is the process of preparing any home for sale, regardless of price or location. Staging is a service executed by a professional, to enhance property presentation using lifestyle selling techniques, in order to secure an acceptable offer from a buyer.

A Canadian Staging Professional™ will walk around and through your entire home, evaluating both the exterior and interior. During this time, an extensive report, including tips and recommendations on colour, furniture placement, accessorizing, decluttering and what repairs are required in the home is completed. You will receive your recommendations in a customized CSP Room Ready Handbook™. This handbook contains a room by room overview of the current condition of your home including all of our findings on how to maximize the sale for the most money and in the shortest amount of time.
Fee: starts at $200.00 (plus HST) for up to 2000 square feet of living space. (approximately 2 hours), add a Fine Tuning Appointment (to be quoted at consult)

VACANT HOME STAGING/SHOWCASING
Not everyone is able to walk into an empty home and visualize themselves in it. Utilizing rental furniture and accessories from our available inventory or our furniture rental partners, we will create a model home look in any vacant space. We will inspire the buyer to see themselves living and enjoying their new home. A vacant home consultation is free of charge. A detailed quotation for showcasing will be prepared upon review. *any accessories/props and rental furniture is quoted separately
DECORATING & REDESIGN
If you would like to make your current property or your new one a model home, or if you have seen some new look in your favourite magazine and want it for yourself, but don’t know where to start, let our Canadian Staging Professional™ create that new look for you. We can provide ReDesign services to make your home a place you want your family and friends to spend time in. We will work with your existing furnishings, accessories and artwork.
Fee: $200.00 (plus HST) per main room: $150.00 (plus HST) per secondary room: multiple room discounts may apply
MOVE IN SERVICE
Let Fasada Home Remodelling Co. help get you set up in your new home. Our professionals will assist you with furniture and accessory placement, paint colour choices and any other decorating questions you may have.
Fee: $175.00 (plus HST) first 2 hours: $75.00 each additional hour
CURB APPEAL
A buyers first impression starts from the moment they drive up to your property. Your objective is to attract the buyer’s interest right from the beginning. We will objectively assess the view from the street and advise you as to what has to change in order to intregue the potential home buyer to want to walk in through your door. We will recommend colours, repairs and landscape.
Fee: $100.00 (plus HST) first hour: $75.00 each additional hour
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Consultation services are billed at a flate rate.
- ALL flat rates and minimun charge services are paid at the beginning of the meeting. (VISA, MC, CHEQUE, CASH)
- Fees quoted will vary on the number of rooms required to be Staged or the total square footage to be Staged.
- A detailed receipt will be provided for all services completed.
