Home Staging(3 Step Program)
Step One – Consultation
A Canadian Staging ProfessionalTM will walk around and through your entire home, evaluating both the exterior and interior. During this time, an extensive report, including tips and recommendations on colour, furniture placement, accessorizing, decluttering and what repairs are required in the home is completed. You will receive your recommendations in a customized CSP Room Ready HandbookTM. This handbook contains a room by room overview of the current condition of your home including all of our findings on how to maximize the sale for the most money and in the shortest amount of time. We will provide you with a Staging Bid which will outline staging/showcasing fees, rental suggestions and any other costs involved in creating a model home.
The cost for consultation starts at $200.00 (plus HST) for up to 2000 square feet of living space. (approximately 2 hours)
Step Two – Work Plan
After your initial consultation, you will need to decide on how much of the work recommended by the CSPTM you are able to do. Fasada Home Remodelling Co. can help as much or as little as requested. Packing, sorting, decluttering and any necessary repairs are all part of the staging process and will need to be done before the home goes on the market. We will work within your time and budget requirements. Price varies based on the amount of work required
Step Three – Staging/Showcasing
After the work recommended by the CSPTM has been completed, our experienced team of Stagers will then come into your home and transform it into the model home buyers want to see. We can also provide additional items needed so your home will have the maximum impact in the most cost-effective way, or we can simply create magic with your existing furniture and accessories. Upon completion of showcasing your home, we will provide you with after photos which can be used for your promotional materials to help sell your home.
